1. If you open your manual you will notice that the screen lights can empty your battery in 30 min you can solve that by opening the main menu then pressing option then selecting Illumination then make the value as low as you can 10% is the best for your eyes and for your battery life.
2. You will notice too that the Network Search can empty your battery in
just 5min so when you are in an unreachable area turn off your phone .
3. Notice that if you charged your phone for a long period eg. 3 days
you will have some problems in your battery and its preferable to empty your
battery before you load it (2 hours is enough)
4. You can get your IMEI or some other details about you phone or
do a device check. Enter (*#06#)
5. You can know exactly the life time of your phone and the talk time
enter (*#05#)
6. You may have a problem with saving a lot of files that you install
by -InfraRed- So if you installed a lot of files dont save each one alone.
Go to (My Stuff) Then go to (Misc) then enter to (Yesta Inbox) folder
Then Select all then make Move command then Paste them in any where you want.
7. If you want
to hide some files enter (Extras) then (File manger) then
press options then (Now folder) Then name it as you like eg. Pics,
then move all your files you want to hide to this folder but from (File Manger) only.
It will not be visible in (My Stuff).
8. Another way to hide your files, just go to the file you want to hide, then rename it.
(eg. if you want to hide a *.Jpg pic, rename it to name .3gp It will not run
until you rename it to the orginal name eg. Name.Jpg)
Make sure that you have always the lastest FW (You get improvements, eg. 3D Java).
9. If you want to delete any read-only file Go to (Setup)>>>(Phone Setup) >>>(Memory Assis.)
If you want to Format your memory or delete your *.Tmp files go
to (Setup)>>>(Phone Setup)>>>(File System)>>>(Format) or (Clean Up)
[Do not format your Memory for any reason], the (Clean Up) is so Useful for you…
10. If you want to record 1 minute of movies in you mobile, go to: Messages -> Settings -> MMS Setup -> User settings, and then, on Size indication change all entries to 000Kb Lim. (Note that you cant send MMS whith these options, so remember your old setting…), and then in video recorder mode, select “MMS Compatib.”.
